Southeast Cincinnati Soccer Association, Inc. (GSECSA)
is incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio as
a nonprofit educational organization. As indicated by
our name, we are totally committed to providing the finest
soccer opportunity possible for the female athlete.
We are located in the area southeast of the city of Cincinnati
(Ohio), and this location is the basis for the name of
the organization. We operate an integrated soccer program
that includes recreational and competitive soccer opportunities
for all girls. Our association was founded in 1970 with
a recreational program with 12 teams, with the competitive
soccer division (Cardinal Soccer Club) being added in
1972.
The recreational program covers girls ages 5 to 19, while
the Cardinal Soccer Club provides a competitive opportunity
for girls ages 8 to 19. Currently, we have over 180 recreational
teams, and over 40 competitive teams. With over 3100 players
in two divisions, we are one of the largest female athletic
programs in the United States.
This non-profit organization runs leagues for girls ages
5 thru 18 in the greater Anderson area. These leagues
consist of 150 teams that play on 70 fields in the area.
